Dumpster Delivery: (Please see your rental agreement for specific details)

Delivery can come anytime throughout the day, please make sure the area is clear and accessible for the driver.

If the driver cannot deliver for any reason beyond their control, there is a return trip fee.

Your dumpster has tons included, if the weight exceeds this amount, the cost is charged per ton prorated.

You have a specified number of days in your rental period, you must call us to schedule removal, we do not automatically schedule the pick up. 

For Pick Up: Call us at (Direct Number) or (844-737-0090). You may choose to keep the dumpster past the initial rental period,
there is a daily rental charge per day after initial rental period.

Lastly, please make sure all debris is level to the top of the dumpster for removal.

We can not take any tires, liquids, hazardous materials such as asbestos, railroad ties, or wet paints.

If construction use: No household items can be mixed with a construction only container. If household items are found, the upfront tonnage will be reduced to household/mixed trash amount and overweight fees will apply.

If you need to cancel your delivery for any reason, it is a $25 processing fee for a refund before
2PM the day before delivery. If after 2PM the day before or the day of delivery, it will be a $150
fee.
